We hope you will be really happy with our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, or indeed should you need to exchange an item this can be done within 90 days, so long as the item has been unworn, is still in a saleable condition and still has the labels attached. Items that have been pre-washed cannot be returned so please ensure that you are happy with the style and fit ahead of washing your new Piccalilly garment. Please note we are unable to refund or exchange an item without a receipt and the refund will only be made to the original payer.
If the item was purchased from one of our independent stockists, please contact the retailer directly about your return or exchange.
Refunds can only be made upon our receipt of the returned item. Please allow up to 7 working days for refunds to be processed.
Hygiene and customer safety is really important to us. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns on face coverings or underwear.
To return an item simply contact us by email email@example.com to confirm that you are returning the item. Note that unless an item is faulty, we cannot refund the postage costs. This does not affect your statutory rights. We also recommend you obtain proof of posting from the post office when returning goods as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to Piccalilly. Once we have received and verified the returned item, we will initiate the refund, replacement or exchange.
