The Piccalilly team were delighted to take part in Jack's Journey Christmas Market in Settle on Saturday 3rd and raised an incredible £497 which goes to support Jack's Journey's fundraising for Brain Tumour Research & Support. In total £4136 was raised on the day at the Christmas Market - Yipee!
In June 2010, Jack was diagnosed with an aggressive brain tumour. He endured 6 months of successful treatment but sadly in June 2012, the cancer returned. To show our support for Jack and to enable the team behind Jack's Journey to raise awareness of Brain Tumour Reseach & Support the Piccalillies participated in Jack's Journey Christmas Market. Jill and Hannah don't get out of the office that much but managed to behave and had great fun selling samples and slight seconds to anyone and everyone who visited the stand. Rumour has it there was a bit of a bun fight on the stand throughout the day to grab some AMAZING Piccalilly bargains! A big thanks to everyone who supported us to help spread Jack's word about raising awareness for Brain Tumour Research & Support (BTRS). In total Jack's Journey raised an incredible £4136.37 on the day - Whoop! Whoop! To find out more about Jack's Journey visit them on Facebook
