In a pickle and need to make a return?
We hope you will be really happy with our products. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, or indeed should you need to exchange an item this can be done within 30 days, so long as the item has been unworn, is still in a saleable condition and still has the labels attached.
To return an item please contact us by email admin@piccalilly.co.uk for a reference number. Please note that unless an item is faulty we cannot refund the postage costs. This does not affect your statutory rights. We also recommend you obtain proof of posting from the post office when returning goods as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to Piccalilly. Once we have received and verified the returned item we will initiate the refund, replacement or exchange.
